I have the right to refuse any commission

The finished model files given to the client are for runtime only. Live2d project files will not be given to the client unless there is a specific reason for needing them (company or talent agency commission).

I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place. This should be in your Twitter bio and about page on your channel.

Please use "Pitchibara" somewhere in your credit to me as all of our socials will be through Pitchibara and not Pitchipachi.

Clients must fully disclose any planned dates for debuts of the rigged model. Deadlines cannot be hastened after the commission process has started.

Clients cannot under any circumstances use any part of their commissioned rig for non fungible tokens. Use of my rigging for any advertising or profit associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly forbidden.

Clients cannot under any circumstances use any part of their commissioned rig for AI or AI Training.

I will only rig a previously rigged model if I am provided a written agreement by both the previous rigger and model artist.

I have the right to use the final product and its derivatives for promotional purposes. This includes posting the finished work on Twitter and add examples to this website. Credit to your Twitter/Twitch/YouTube/ECT will be given either in the Twitter post or under the example video on my website. If you purchased privacy fee I will wait until you debut to add the example or show any of the work.

I offer partial payments if needed. At least 25% of total price must be paid before I will begin the commission. 100% of the total price must be paid before the client will receive project files.

Express (finish commission in 2 weeks) will be an additional cost of $200. Depending on the design/overall complexity of the model, I may not be able to accept it if the deadline is still too tight. In cases like these, I am open to discussing pushing certain parts of the rigging to a later date

Unlimited revisions are offered while rigging is in progress. All major revisions should be made at this time.

Once the first version of the final model is sent to the client, up to 3 revisions will be offered. Additional revisions will be subject to a fee of $50 per revision.

I require a 1 - 2 month window for finishing the project. This window starts when I begin your project, not when you take a slot or are added to the wait list.

In the case that permission is given to livestream working on your commission, there is a possibility that I will test the movement of your model with tracking software on stream.

*Additional outfits and hairstyles will vary in price depending on how different they are from the original model, as well as the amount of parts/layers. If possible, I ask for the pose of the alternate outfit to be the same as the original outfit, for highest efficiency.

*Hairstyle Toggle: I will only rig 1 to 2 additional hairstyles at a time. You may come back for additional hairstyles at any time. Prices may be reduced for hair pieces that are not a full new hairstyle (e.g., pigtails added to the base style).

*Additional Outfit: All outfit toggles will come with a special transition that vary by level. Please my special notes and examples of levels here. I require the model to have a nude base under the original outfit. I will only rig one additional outfit at a time. You may come back for additional outfits at any time.

*For full body to chibi model toggle, this means I will add a hotkey to transition to a chibi sized model from your current model.

+If there are plans to use the model for business purposes (this ONLY applies to a company or a talent agency commission), the total price will be adjusted according to the scale of the project. In general, corporate work that requires cmo3 project file handover will be 3x the base price.
